| The cornerstone of i-Series Voice-IP Gateway is the Voice-IP Module. Each module connects four i-Series E&M tie lines or four G3 (analog) fax lines over a 10BaseT link from your existing IP router. Using IP-packetized technology, the Voice-IP Module feeds four simultaneous 8 Kbps compressed voice channels and four dedicated fax channels to the network. If your phone system, network and internet provider are already in place, just add one or more Voice-IP Modules for a simple, expandable, “one-box” remedy for the high cost of long distance calling. |

| The Voice-IP Module implements the latest enhancements in Voice-IP technology. Built-in QoS (Quality of Service) capabilities provide voice packet priority, congestion control and jitter control -- all of which are necessary to ensure clear, real time voice quality. Industry standard CS-ACELP speech encoding/decoding and SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) remote maintenance/management protocols ensure maximum integration, reliability and extendability. Remote maintenance is available over the net via FTP and TELNET, as well as on-site with the optional PC maintenance software.
