Add the NVM-Series with optional lodging software for basic Hotel/Motel Voice Mail services. Check-in at the front desk automatically activates a guest’s mailbox, while checkout archives unanswered messages. In addition, each guest has a handy Wake Up Call (with snooze alarm) and a first time tutorial to guide them through the Voice Mail features.

For more sophisticated applications, PMSi allows your i-Series telephone system, optional NVM-PMSi Voice Mail and third-party PMS system to work together in providing an unparalled level of facility management. Using unique Message Bus technology, PMSi automates many routine facility management tasks by instantly exchanging room status, guest services and call record data. For example, check in a guest at the reservation terminal and automatically update room status, call restriction and enable the guest’s mailbox. At check-out, the PMSi team works together to notify housekeeping, add outside call charges to the guest’s bill and automatically deactivate their mailbox.
